¿Qué es la salicornia?

En las serenas aguas de los esteros de la Bahía de Cádiz, donde mar y tierra se unen y se separan cada
día a capricho de las mareas, crece un tesoro Culinario: la Salicornia.

Apodada el “espárrago marino”, tiene una figura sutil y alargada. Al probarla libera sus secretos: un sabor
